Job summary

PolicyStreet is hiring a Sales Development professional in Kuala Lumpur to identify potential clients and cultivate a robust sales pipeline. You will conduct outbound outreach across calls, emails, LinkedIn, events, and referrals to qualify leads and arrange meetings for the senior sales team.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with the right drive, emphasizes strong communication in English, and values additional Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin/Cantonese for broader reach.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Fresh graduates with the right drive are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable with cold outreach via calls, emails, and DMs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to prospective clients (SMEs, corporates, partners).
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads through outbound activities.
• Qualify leads and set up meetings for senior team members.
• Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and pitch materials.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM.
• Represent PolicyStreet at events, roadshows, and partner meetings.
• Hit monthly and quarterly targets for outreach and meetings booked.
