Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring the smoothand reliable operation of plantequipment, machinery, and facilitiesby performing preventive, corrective,and emergency maintenance. Therole involves inspecting equipment,diagnosing faults, and carrying outrepairs across electrical, mechanical,or other systems to minimizedowntime and maintain operationalefficiency. They also supportcommissioning, troubleshooting,and continuous improvement effortsto keep the plant running safely andeffectively.
• Must strictly follow health, safety,and regulatory requirements, while coordinating with engineers,planners, and contractors to executemaintenance activities efficiently. Proper documentation ofmaintenance work, monitoring ofequipment condition, and adherenceto company procedures are essentialto ensure compliance, reliability, andoverall asset integrity in the facility

Requirement

• Diploma in science/engineering/technology OR Certificate from INSTEP
• Possess minimum 5 years of experience in supervisoryrole
• Conversant in :
• Calibration of instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level)
• Loop checking, function testing, commissioning
• Troubleshooting instrument faults and control systems
• Preventive and corrective maintenance
• PLC / DCS systems (basic to intermediate level)
• Field instruments:
  • Transmitters
  • Control valves
  • Gas detectors
• Communication protocols(e.g., HART, Fieldbus – formore advanced roles)
