Job summary

Elsa Energy Sdn Bhd is seeking a maintenance supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of plant equipment and facilities. Qualifications

• Diploma in science/engineering/technology or Certificate from INSTEP.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Conversant with mechanical systems & equipment fundamentals; maintenance tools & practices; reading drawings & basic engineering calculations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of plant equipment, machinery, and facilities by performing preventive, preventive, and emergency maintenance; inspect equipment, diagnose faults, and carry out repairs to minimize downtime and maintain operationalefficiency; support commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Strictly follow health, safety, and regulatory requirements, coordinating with engineers, planners, and contractors to execute maintenance efficiently; document maintenance work, monitor equipment condition, and ensure compliance to asset integrity.

• Responsible for ensuring the smoothand reliable operation of plantequipment, machinery, and facilitiesby performing preventive, preventive, and emergency maintenance. Therole involves inspecting equipment, diagnosing faults, and carrying out repairs across electrical, mechanical,or other systems to minimizedowntime and maintain operationalefficiency. Requirement
