Job summary

Bybit is seeking a senior Operations/Product professional to design, launch, and scale B2B fiat and investment‑related operations globally — including Fiat‑as‑a‑Broker, OTC flows, and stablecoin partnerships. You will collaborate with Product, Treasury, Compliance, and regional teams to build scalable, revenue‑generating lines across LATAM, SEA, EU, and other markets.

You will own daily operations, develop SOPs and onboarding, and drive partner ecosystems with banks, fintechs, and liquidity

Qualifications

• 4+ years in banking, fintech, payments or financial services with B2B exposure.
• Understanding of fiat infrastructure and liquidity flows.
• Experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem operations.
• Ability to work with Product, Compliance and regional teams.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven insight translation.
• High ownership and execution in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Fiat & Investment Product Operations: design and optimize fiat-based products and flows.
• B2B Business Development & Integration: end-to-end execution of fiat initiatives.
• Ongoing operations: ensure efficiency, scalability, and service quality.
• Partner management: banks, payment providers, liquidity partners, stablecoin issuers.
• Define requirements with Product/Tech to deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor metrics and optimize performance.
