Prepare detailed and complete quotation bid packages compliant with customer requirements and specifications. Cultivate and maintain customer relationships and provide a level of customer service that promotes customer loyalty and repeat business.

- Review customer inquiry documents to determine Neway product selection based on customer requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with engineering and management as needed
- Prepare documentation related to exceptions or deviations
- Prepare detailed and complete quotation bid packages based on customer requirements and specifications within prescribed deadlines
- Review and compare purchase orders for accuracy and completeness against quotation parameters prior to order entry by Distributions Sales Specialist
- Provide written correspondence and oral communication with customers, office staff and HQ factory personnel to obtain information and promote clear understanding of quotation and purchase order requirements
- Manage full-cycle quotation and purchase order communication process, including internal and external customer correspondence, face-to-face meetings, quotation clarification, revisions, issues resolution, etc. to ensure agreement with requirements
- Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with customers, HQ factory and internal personnel to promote confidence in the Neway organization and to deliver a consistent high level of customer service
- Maintain current knowledge of Neway products, procedures and specifications, and keep current with industry developments
Requirements
Education/Experience Requirements:
- HS diploma and 2-3 years inside sales experience, preferably within valve or oil & gas industry, or
- Associate’s degree and 1-2 years inside sales experience, preferably within valve or oil & gas industry, or
- Bachelor’s degree in a sales or business discipline without work experience
Technical knowledge of 6D valves and service specifications helpful

- Experience with databases (i.e. SAP) and CRM (i.e. SAP/C4C) beneficial
