Job summary

Sunzo Solar, based in Malaysia, seeks an Inside Sales Specialist who excels at phone-based selling, lead conversion, and closing deals. This role offers high commission with no basic salary and a strong earnings focus tied to performance.

You will make outbound calls, qualify prospects, and guide customers through solar solutions, while maintaining CRM records and hitting sales targets in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound sales.
• Confident and persuasive communication skills.
• Strong phone-based selling and closing ability.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and hungry to earn.
• Experience in solar, property, automotive, telecommunications, or other consultative sales is a plus.

Responsibilities
