Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven B2C sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
• Proven ability to personally sell, negotiate, handle objections, and close high consideration products.
• Experience recruiting, managing, and coaching sales agents or field sales teams.
• Strong CRM, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales reporting skills.
• Willingness to work in the field and actively participate in customer appointments.
• Solar industry experience is an advantage, but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a network of solar sales agents.
• Drive sales and lead from the front, actively meeting customers, presenting solutions, handling objections, negotiating, and closing deals.
• Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance standards.
• Conduct regular sales and field coaching.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead to signed contract and deposit.
• Monitor conversion, sales activity, revenue, and agent productivity.
• Improve sales processes, scripts, and closing performance.
• Work closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Develop additional residential sales channels including referrals, roadshows, booths, and community outreach.
• Personally support key customer opportunities and sales negotiations where required.
