A leading global customer experience management company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a B2B Sales professional with a minimum of 3 years of outbound sales experience in the IT sector. The role involves managing assigned accounts, conducting self-prospecting, and pitching technical products to diverse businesses. A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma is required, and knowledge of Cloud or Security is preferred. This role offers a dynamic sales environment aimed at driving growth through strong client relationships.
Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts or conduct self prospecting to identify high potential prospects, both new business and upsell
Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport and assess needs
Explain technical products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes and explain how they address client needs
Understand prospects' pain points, gather technical requirements, correlate business needs to available Cloud security solutions (solution-selling) and close sales opportunities
Reach out to existing customers to pitch new ancillary products or increase spend in products currently used
Develop and lead outbound campaigns from idea-generation through to initial pitch and pipeline qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or at least Diploma or equivalent in any discipline
Min 3 years B2B sales and Business development experience in outbound sales in IT industry
Knowledge in Cloud or Security will be an added advantage
Knowledge of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
