Job summary

Tec D Malaysia, part of TD SYNNEX, is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support Tec D Malaysia / Datech Autodesk sales growth by achieving monthly and quarterly targets, managing customer engagement, and building a robust pipeline.

You will work closely with Field Sales, Business Development, partners, and internal teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience through proactive selling, timely follow-up, and disciplined commercial execution.

Qualifications

• Understanding of sales processes and customer engagement cycles.
• Experience with quotation workflow and follow-up discipline.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and IT systems for quotation and order entry.
• Familiarity with pricing, promotions, and term negotiations.
• Strong communication with customers, partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly and quarterly sales revenue and margin targets.
• Plan and execute outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Respond to inquiries, qualify requirements, and convert opportunities into quotations or sales.
• Generate, manage, and own a pipeline of deals with timely progression.
• Maintain CRM records and support forecasting and KPI attainment.
