Job summary

Intech Pumps (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive candidate for a 6-month fixed-term contract (potentially convert to permanent) in Puchong, Malaysia. The role combines indoor sales, application engineering, and sourcing activities, with ongoing engagement with clients and overseas suppliers.

Training and development are emphasized as you support project timelines and pricing processes. The successful candidate will liaise with customers, draft technical quotations, and manage costings

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in indoor sales & application engineering is encouraged.
• Fresh graduates in mechanical or industrial engineering are welcome.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Familiarity with technical datasheets and pumps industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist outdoor sales in planning, organizing, and managing inquiries and projects.
• Coordinate with clients and manufacturers to meet submissions, proposals, and milestones.
• Provide regular updates on quotes, pipeline status, and project developments to sales team.
• Engage with clients to clarify technical requirements and recommend engineered solutions.
• Attend technical clarifications, negotiations, and project kick-offs with clients and manufacturers.
