E XING PRECISION DESIGN SDN. BHD. in Butterworth, Penang is seeking an Inside Sales professional to drive sales and build strong customer relationships.

This full-time role involves data preparation for quotations, CAD data handling, and collaboration with sales/marketing to implement effective strategies. The successful candidate will have electronics background, CAD software knowledge (VayoPro preferred), and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and able to build relationships with customers
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address customer needs
• Knowledge of CAD processing software, preferably VayoPro, is an added advantage
• Academic background in electronics is preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process data for quotation purpose
• Prepare DFT / RFQ / Quotation
• Process PCB CAD data for ICT using TEBO and VayoPro
• Update/maintain E Xing standard documents
• Database maintenance, file management and sales tracking
• Respond to inbound sales inquiries with exceptional service
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to implement sales strategies
• Be a team player with a positive attitude
• Continuously expand product knowledge to better serve customers
• Assist with adhoc activities as required by management

We are seeking a talented Inside Sales professional to join our team at E XING PRECISION DESIGN SDN. BHD. in Butterworth, Penang. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

What you’ll be doing

• Prepare and process data for quotation purpose
• Prepare DFT / RFQ / Quotation
• Process Printed Circuit Board (PCB) CAD data in preparation for InCircuit Testing (ICT) using TEBO and VayoPro
• Update/ maintain E Xing Standard documents for Designer / Production / Programmer
• Database maintenance, file management and Sales tracking
• Responding to inbound sales inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Team player and with Positive Attitude
• Continuously expanding your product knowledge to better serve our customers
• Any adhoc activities as requiredbyManagement

What we’re looking for

• Academic background of electronics is preferred
