Job summary

dtcpay is seeking an Infra Support Engineer in Malaysia to provide hands-on IT support for end-user devices, applications, and workplace infrastructure. You will focus on iOS devices, Windows/macOS environments, and IAM tasks using Okta, with ongoing collaboration across vendors and internal teams.

The role requires 5+ years in IT support, strong customer service, and proficiency in English and Mandarin. On-site, with opportunities to contribute to security and device management initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Support/Desktop/End-User Computing experience.
• Experience with IAM platforms (Okta) and SSO troubleshooting.
• MDM platform experience (Intune, Jamf) and device enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and applications.
• Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices with emphasis on iOS.
• Support Windows and macOS, VPN, printers, and meeting room tech.
• Assist with IAM provisioning, access requests, and SSO troubleshooting.
• Manage MDM enrollment, security policies, and endpoint security.
• Support Google Workspace and cloud SaaS apps (AWS, GCP).
• Maintain IT incident docs and asset inventory; escalate as needed.
• Support IT infrastructure projects and coordinate with vendors.
