Job summary

dtcpay is seeking an Infra Support Engineer to ensure reliable end-user computing, device management, and secure IT operations in a fast-paced fintech environment in Malaysia. You will support Windows, macOS, and iOS devices, manage Okta IAM, and help maintain cloud apps and meeting room tech.

Based onsite in Kuala Lumpur, you will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver smooth IT services, enforce security standards, and assist IT projects from planning to deployment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Support or Desktop Support experience.
• Hands-on with end-user hardware, software and workplace apps.
• Familiarity with IAM platforms (Okta) including user provisioning and SSO.
• Exposure to MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf) and endpoint security.
• Strong English and Mandarin; able to work with Chinese vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day end-user support for hardware, software and apps.
• Manage device setup, imaging, and support for iOS devices primarily.
• Support Windows and macOS environments and peripheral devices.
• Administer IAM via Okta, provisioning, and SSO troubleshooting.
• Support Google Workspace and other SaaS apps, and collaborate with vendors.
