Job summary

Wipro Consumer Care (LDW) Sdn Bhd, part of Wipro Consumer Care & Lighting, is looking for an IT Infra & Support Engineer to ensure reliable IT services in Malaysia. You will administer AD, Entra ID, M365 and SharePoint, manage Windows servers and network gear, and support end users to keep systems secure and available.

You’ll monitor health, perform backups, assist IT projects and maintain documentation and asset records, with opportunities to coordinate with vendors and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 1–2 years in IT system administration or IT support.
• Hands-on knowledge of AD, Entra ID, M365, and Windows Server.
• Familiar with network and firewall administration; basic DNS/DHCP, VPN, VLAN.
• Knowledge of IT security practices and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain AD, Entra ID, M365 and SharePoint services.
• Manage Windows servers, network infrastructure, firewall, Wi-Fi, printers, UPS.
• Monitor system health, perform patching and preventive maintenance.
• Perform daily backups and DR/BCP exercises.
• Provide first-level technical support to end users.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and infra support.
• Maintain IT infrastructure documentation and asset records.
