Job summary

Net2source LLP is seeking candidates for an IT Operations support role in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be familiar with database query tools, Jira/Confluence, and ITSM processes, with at least 2 years of experience supporting e-commerce or internet systems.

AI tools and automation experience are considered a strong plus. A Bachelor's degree or above is preferred, or an Associate degree with 3+ years of relevant IT operations experience.
