Job summary
Jora Malaysia is seeking an Information Technology Operations Specialist to maintain and optimize our e-commerce IT infrastructure. The role requires solid knowledge of database query tools, ITSM practices, and experience supporting online systems.
You will work with Jira and Confluence, and leverage AI tools and low-code automation to streamline operations, troubleshoot issues, and improve data workflows. A bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience is expected.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above; or Associate degree with 3+ years IT operations experience
- At least 2 years of experience supporting e-commerce or internet systems
- Familiarity with database query tools and basic data concepts
- Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and ITSM processes
- Experience with AI tools, automation or workflow optimization is a strong plus
- Using AI assistants for troubleshooting, documentation, or data organization
- Using automation or low-code tools (e.g. Power Automate, scripts, workflow tools)
