Job summary

Allianz Malaysia is seeking a QA/UAT professional with a IT/CS degree to support UI testing and campaign management initiatives. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure requirements are met and quality is maintained.

You will conduct user acceptance testing, validate system changes, and help optimize campaigns to improve customer satisfaction. Strong communication, independence, and adaptability are essential for success in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Critical thinking to evaluate market needs, business processes and user requirements.
• Good communication skills as role requires constant engagement with various stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong drive for success.

Responsibilities

• Testing and Quality Assurance: Provide UI UAT testing support for system development initiatives, including SAT/OPUS development and product UATs.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing to validate system changes and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Campaign Management: Monitor campaign fulfillment to enhance customer satisfaction, maintain brand reputation, and optimize operational efficiency.
