Job summary

Easmed is seeking a mid-level Business Development Executive to drive market expansion across Malaysia, focusing on high-value inspection equipment and strategic industries. You will collaborate with the Business Development Manager to grow revenue and establish Easmed’s presence in key sectors including Oil & Gas, Security, Marine & Offshore, and Aerospace.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B sales within industrial sectors.
• Engineering background with technical aptitude.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Experience handling long sales cycles and high-value deals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle from introduction to closing.
• Develop market penetration strategies for product lines and industries.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Coordinate after-sales support and training; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and forecasting.
