Job summary

Executive, Industrial Relations (LLB Professional) in Kuala Lumpur seeks a dedicated professional to support industrial relations activities, manage disciplinary cases, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with labour laws. The role requires strong analytical skills, integrity, and the ability to work independently on sensitive matters.

You will coordinate policy reviews, assist in drafting new policies, support tribunal proceedings, and maintain orderly records.

Qualifications

• LLB graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in industrial relations.
• Demonstrates discipline, integrity, and accountability in handling sensitive matters.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical ability and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent command of English and Bahasa, written and spoken.
• Flexible and willing to take on new responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute disciplinary cases and related activities.
• Conduct investigations and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Assist in reviewing policies or drafting new ones in line with Malaysia’s employment legislation.
• Support the Company’s position in employment tribunals and external dispute resolution procedures.
• Maintain an organized filing system for hardcopy and softcopy documents.
• Undertake additional tasks as directed by the Head of Department.
