Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Industrial Relations / Employee Relations.
• In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labour and employment laws.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end disciplinary processes and investigations.
• Act as Domestic Inquiry Prosecutor for DI proceedings.
• Advise management on IR risks and compliance.
