Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end disciplinary processes, including misconduct investigations, show-cause letters, warnings, suspension, and termination.
Act as Domestic Inquiry (DI) Prosecutor, handling charge framing, evidence preparation, and DI proceedings.
Handle employee grievances, counselling, and disciplinary actions.
Advise management on disciplinary actions, IR risks, compliance, and legal outcomes.
Ensure full compliance with Malaysian Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, and relevant labour laws.
Review and proposed IR/ER policies, SOPs, procedures, and documentation.
Promote positive employee relations, engagement initiatives, and a healthy workplace culture.
Manage HR communications related to employee relations and policies.
Probation monitoring and employment confirmation for new hires.
Manage employee exit procedures and offboarding processes.
Responsible for expatriate visa and work permit applications.
Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential employee records, IR case files, and documentation.
