Job summary

7-Eleven Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR/IR professional to manage OSHA matters, liaise with authorities, and provide training to staff. The role focuses on compliance, employee relations, and policy implementation.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of hands-on experience, strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, and excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency with MS Office is a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on responsibility and experience.
• Well versed in all employment laws.
• Credible, pragmatic and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Competent in use of MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all OSHA related matters including liaising with relevant authorities, ensuring company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations, providing training.
• Establish good relationships with relevant industry players, legal practitioners and related government agencies.
• Review human resource policies, procedures, guidelines and propose changes where required.
• Analyze and review employee statistic for improvement in productivity.
• Advise and provide support to the Management to ensure appropriate management of all industrial/ employee relations issues.
• Identify and implement positive employee relations programs that will lead to a more efficient and motivated work force.
• Ensure proper and organized document filing.
