Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate industrial relation activities and issues according to IR plan.
• Advise departments on Employee Act and IR matters to guide policies.
• Monitor adherence to policies to minimise business risk.
• Lead investigations and oversee disciplinary procedures and domestic inquiries.
• Liaise with regulatory and government agencies on IR matters.
• Develop weekly and monthly IR reports for management review.
