Job summary

7-Eleven Malaysia Holdings Berhad, through its subsidiary 7-Eleven Malaysia Sdn Bhd, is looking for an experienced Industrial Relations professional to manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases and misconduct, and to provide guidance on proper handling and policy compliance.

You will advise Management, build strong relationships with government agencies and external stakeholders, and review HR policies to keep them current and aligned with law.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in industrial relations or HR.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide support on industrial and employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary cases, misconduct, and domestic inquiries.
• Advise Management on appropriate handling and resolution of IR matters, ensuring consistency with laws and policies.
• Establish and maintain relationships with government agencies, industry bodies, legal practitioners and external stakeholders.
• Review and recommend improvements to HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
