Job summary

Tap Growth Ai in Johor Bahru is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and facilities, ensuring reliable production.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, inspect equipment, and coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to minimize downtime while adhering to SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.
• Experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.

Industrial Maintenance TechnicianJob Summary

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery, equipment, and factory facilities to ensure reliable operations and minimize production downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Performpreventive and corrective maintenanceon machinery, equipment, and factory facilities.

• Troubleshoot and repairmechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

• Conduct regular equipment inspections and identify potential faults or breakdowns.

• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and minimizeproduction downtime.

• Install, test, adjust, and commission machinery and equipment.

• Maintain and repairmotors, pumps, conveyors, sensors, switches, and other industrial equipment.

• Maintain accurate records ofmaintenance activities, repairs, spare parts, and equipment conditions.

• Identify root causes of equipment failures and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

• Coordinate withProduction and Engineering teamsto ensure smooth factory operations.

• Ensure all maintenance work followsSOPs, safety requirements, and company standards.

• Maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness in the maintenance work area.

Qualifications & Skills

• Certificate/Diploma inElectrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.

• Experience as anIndustrial Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing/factory environmentis an advantage.
