Job summary

MISUMI MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. is expanding its Factory Automation and VONA businesses and seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive new business in the Southeast Asia market.

You will engage with customers, provide technical guidance on FA components, and build a robust pipeline to support rapid growth. The role requires 3–5 years in B2B industrial sales, a relevant engineering degree, and strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin speakers are welcome to engage Mandarin

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechatronics / Mechanical / Precision Engineering preferred.
• Relevant industry experience accepted in absence of a degree.
• Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin-speaking candidates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Secure new business and follow up with existing customers to increase sales.
• Keep abreast of market trends to execute effective sales strategies.
• Provide technical advice related to product enquiries.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and ad-hoc reports.
• Liaise with other departments to expedite orders and collections.
• Participate in marketing events such as surveys, exhibitions and road shows.
