Job summary

Delta Electronics Int'l (Singapore) Pte Ltd is hiring a Sales Manager for Factory & Machine Automation in Malaysia (Penang). You will expand our Industrial Automation business, Manage distributors and SI partners, and drive strategic sales plans while maintaining CRM data and achieving budgeted targets.

The role requires a degree in engineering and 5+ years in Industrial Automation sales, with strong communication and relationship skills in English; local language skills are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales/marketing experience in Industrial Automation.
• Experience with PLC, HMI, Servo System, VFD, Servo Press, and Robots.
• Proven track record in Industrial Automation sales objectives.
• Strong solution-based and value selling abilities.
• Industry knowledge across Electronics Manufacturing, General Manufacturing, Semiconductor, HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for budgeted targets and KPIs.
• Develop potential clients in Factory and Machine Automation market.
• Manage and grow channel partners (Distributors and System Integrators).
• Collect market information and review analyses to assess client needs and competition.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals and market share.
• Maintain CRM data and keep the sales funnel accurate and on track.
