Job summary

TT VISION TECHNOLOGIES in Penang seeks a commercially minded professional to manage costing and quotations for technical parts and upgrades. You will coordinate orders with engineering, procurement and logistics teams, ensure accurate pricing and timely delivery while supporting CRM and marketing activities.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, qualifying leads, and preparing technical collateral for client meetings and trade shows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, manufacturing or related technical discipline.
• Experience in commercial support, order coordination or costing in industrial settings.
• Ability to read technical documents and discuss hardware specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end costing and quotation process for spare parts, upgrades and automation components.
• Liaise with engineering, procurement and supply chain to verify costs, availability and lead times.
• Process purchase orders, verify terms, and coordinate handover to project teams.
• Support inbound inquiries, qualify leads and track CRM for deal visibility.
• Develop technical marketing collateral and assist in trade shows.
