Job summary

TT VISION TECHNOLOGIES in Penang is seeking a senior sales professional to develop and execute sales strategies in automation and manufacturing technology. You will build client relationships and identify new market opportunities to drive revenue.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of successful sales experience in automation, a strong understanding of industrial automation systems, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

7+ years of successful sales experience in automation or manufacturing tech.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams to align sales efforts.
Create detailed sales forecasts and reports for executive leadership.
Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
