Job summary

AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. in Puchong is seeking a Technical Presales Engineer to bridge the sales team and customers, translating requirements into effective industrial automation solutions.

You will conduct product presentations, discussions, and demonstrations for clients and collaborate with suppliers and the engineering team. The role focuses on PLC, HMI, SCADA, Drives, Sensors, Networks and Robotics, with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork to deliver competitive

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechatronics / Electronics / Control & Automation) or equivalent.
2–3 years of presales, application engineering, or sales support in industrial automation.
Basic knowledge of PLC, HMI, SCADA, Drives and Robotics.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to the sales team in promoting and selling industrial automation solutions and products.
Prepare technical proposals, solution designs, and quotations based on customer requirements.
Understand customer processes and propose effective automation solutions that meet their needs.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations for customers.
Work closely with suppliers and the internal engineering team to ensure accurate and competitive solutions.
Support tender activities, technical clarifications, and contract negotiations.
Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
