SINOVEST INDUSTRIES (M) SDN BHD is seeking an office-based Indoor Sales / Sales Support professional in the electrical and hardware wholesale sector. The role focuses on processing orders, maintaining sales documents, handling customer enquiries, and coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics and suppliers.

There is no cold calling involved. The successful candidate will handle enquiries about product availability, pricing and delivery status, and will maintain accurate records of quotations

Qualifications

• Diploma required or equivalent.
• Indoor sales/sales administration experience is a plus.
• Mandarin-speaking preferred for communication with suppliers.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficient in MS Office; detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries on product availability, pricing, orders and delivery status.
• Prepare and maintain quotations, SOs, DOs, invoices and other sales documents.
• Process orders and coordinate with Sales for details and requirements.
• Coordinate with Warehouse/Logistics to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with Chinese suppliers on quotations, orders and deliveries.

About the role

An office-based Indoor Sales / Sales Support professional role in the electrical and hardware wholesale industry. This position focuses on order processing, sales documentation, customer enquiries, and coordination with the Sales team, Warehouse, Logistics, and suppliers. No customer hunting or cold calling required.

Job Description

Handle customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, orders, and delivery status.

Prepare and maintain accurate records of quotations, Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and other sales documents.

Process customer orders and coordinate with the Sales team regarding order details and requirements.

Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing and delivery.

Coordinate with suppliers and business partners from China regarding product availability, quotations, orders, and deliveries.

Provide product and order-related information to customers when required.

Monitor order status and follow up on pending orders and deliveries.

Perform other sales support and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirement

Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

Experience in Indoor Sales, Sales Administration, Order Processing, or related fields is an advantage.

Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred due to regular communication with suppliers and business partners from China.

Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Detail-oriented, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently or in a team.
