Job summary

Dpstar Thermo Control Electric Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries and prepare product quotations. You will assist external sales teams with proposals, documentation and after-sales coordination, ensuring accurate specifications and maintaining CRM records.

The role also involves understanding customer requirements, answering technical questions, recommending solutions, and supporting delivery/logistics coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduated are encouraged to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
