Job summary

FOCUS ELECTRICAL MALAYSIA Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an enthusiastic Indoor Salesperson to handle sales inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries. The role also involves monitoring customer credit limits and payments while aiming to meet sales targets.

Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of experience are welcome. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building lasting customer relationships and achieving business goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming sales enquiries effectively.
• Manage daily indoor sales and sales administrative tasks: customer applications, quotations, sales orders, delivery orders and invoices.
• Monitor customer credit limits and overdue payments to ensure timely settlements.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure prompt product delivery.
• Address customer complaints and inquiries about products or services.
• Meet and strive to exceed sales targets set by management.
• Process sales including order entry, inventory pulls, and delivery scheduling.
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers to boost closing deals and repeat business.
• Collect payments from term customers.

Job Responsibilities

• 1. Effectively handling of all incoming sales enquiries
• 2. Responsible for daily indoor sales and sales administrative documentation & activities such as preparation of customer application form, quotations, sales order, delivery order and invoices
• 3. Self-monitoring the customer credit limit and outstanding term and ensuring that customers are making payments on time and not exceeding their credit limits
• 4. Work closely with logistic departments to ensure that the goods are delivered to customers promptly
• 5. Attend customer complaints and enquiries regarding products or services whenever necessary
• 6. Meet and exceed sales goals set by the Management
• 7. To process sales, including entering orders, pulling product out of inventory, and scheduling delivery or helping buyers load orders
• 8. Maintain good relationships with all existing, new and potential customers to increase closing deal and returned customers rates
• 9. Collect payment from term customers
