is seeking a Sales Coordinator (Indoor Sales) for its non-halal frozen foods in Plentong, Johor Bahru. This 100% office-based role focuses on sales administration, order coordination, documentation and cross‑team communication. Responsibilities include receiving and verifying daily POs, preparing quotations, proforma invoices, DOs and invoices, managing inquiries from distributors and B2B customers, updating order status, coordinating with production, warehouse and logistics,

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM/STPM/ Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, customer service, FMCG or food distribution.
• Fresh or junior candidates with good administrative and communication skills may also be considered.
• Able to speak Mandarin, as this role requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Good command of Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AutoCount systems is an advantage.
• Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in a non-halal food manufacturing environment involving pork-based products.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process and verify daily customer Purchase Orders (POs).
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, Delivery Orders (DOs), invoices and other sales-related documents.
• Handle enquiries from distributors, retailers and other B2B customers.
• Provide updates on order status, product availability, pricing and delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to check stock availability.
• Liaise with cold-chain logistics teams to arrange and follow up on deliveries.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and sales records.
• Update sales data and spreadsheets accurately.
• Prepare basic weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team.
