Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a company expanding its sales team in Skudai, Johor. The Outdoor Sales Executive will identify prospects, visit clients, and tailor solutions for the F&B/FMCG sector, coordinating with management to grow the regional pipeline.

The role requires 2–3 years in B2B sales, strong English communication, own transport, and willingness to work Saturdays half day. A Diploma or Degree is preferred for this field, with front-line client engagement as a core duty.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma and/or Degree in related field.
• At least 2-3 years working experience in sales, particularly B2B sales preferred.
• Candidates with experience in F&B and/or FMCG will have an added advantage.
• Must be sales oriented with good communication skills in English.
• Must possess own transport.
• Willing to work every Saturday half day.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients within the assigned territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market analysis.
• Generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present tailored solutions.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts within the territory.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments within the territory.
• Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.

We are representing a company who specialises in the sourcing, distribution, and manufacturing of frozen and refrigerated food products. As they are expanding, they are looking for an Outdoor Sales Executive to join the team in Skudai, Johor.

Job Responsibility:
