Responsibilities

• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
• Maintaining comprehensive records of sales, inventory movements and customer interactions
• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, correspondence and documentation
• Assisting customers with product enquiries, demonstrating products and facilitating the purchasing process
• Managing stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks and coordinating with warehouse or supply teams

About the role

We are seeking an Indoor Sales Admin to join our retail team in Batu Caves, Selangor. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our indoor sales environment, providing essential administrative and customer-facing support to drive sales performance and enhance the customer experience. You will work within our dynamic retail setting, managing administrative tasks whilst contributing directly to the sales process and ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. This is an on-site position based in Batu Caves, Selangor.
