Qualifications

• Experience in a retail or sales administration role.
• Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.
• Attention to detail when processing transactions and keeping records.
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative independently.
• Cash handling experience and basic numeracy.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including evenings/weekends.
• Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
• Maintaining comprehensive records of sales, inventory movements and customer interactions
• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, correspondence and documentation
• Assisting customers with product enquiries, demonstrating products and facilitating the purchasing process
• Managing stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks and coordinating with warehouse or supply teams
• Handling customer queries and complaints with professionalism, working towards resolution
• Preparing sales reports, analysing performance data and presenting findings to management
• Maintaining an organised, clean and welcoming indoor sales environment
• Supporting the implementation of promotional activities and marketing campaigns
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and departmental objectives
