Qualifications

• Ability to uncover and understand complex business requirements and craft custom solustions
• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and translate them into industry-or business -relevant terms
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment
• Minimum 1 year of B2Bsales experience, any previous experience of working with fintechs, and tech companies is a plus
• Strong interest in and capability with technology
• Familiarity with salesforces
• Permanent night shift OR Rotational shift working

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls using proper sales and customer service practices throughout the interaction.
• Use a consultative approach to identify needs and propose solutions for new products and services that benefit their businesses.
• Resolve issues within our support scope, guiding towards third-party solutions or paid consultations when necessary.
• Troubleshoot client products to ensure a one-call resolution.
• Achieve metrics like First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Open to working in rotational shifts.
