Job summary

Qualifications

• SPM with call centre experience, or fresh graduate with no experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from DMP customers.
• Explain and advise customers on DMP account status, arrears, and information.
• Negotiate payment plans and deadlines based on payment simulations.
• Meet daily call performance targets with professional standards.
• Record customer information in the CRM for each call.
• Report and escalate customer complaints or service requests to technical team.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by supervision.
