Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a call centre professional to handle inbound calls from DMP customers. Qualifications

• SPM with call centre experience, or fresh graduate with no experience acceptable

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound calls with DMP customers
• Explain and advise customers on DMP account status, outstanding arrears, and relevant information
• Negotiate acceptable payment plans and deadlines to resolve arrears amounts based on payment simulation provided by HDMD
• Meet daily targets for call performance while upholding professional standards and call ethics
• Record customer information and queries for each call in the customer relationship management system for record keeping purposes
• Report and
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by Supervisor, Section Head, or Head of Department
