Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse/store operations, preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with stock control processes and inventory systems.
• Strong leadership and planning skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee all incoming and outgoing goods.
• Ensure timely and accurate stock movement input into the system.
• Maintain stock accuracy between physical and system records.
• Coordinate with Sales Admin, QA/QC and Purchasing for smooth receiving and delivery of goods.
• Ensure store workers follow company policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Plan and supervise the team to achieve high production output and activity.
• Report major issues to the Store Head.
