Bhd. is part of a global group headquartered in China, specializing in the design and manufacture of automotive seating motors and wiper systems for leading car manufacturers worldwide. We are looking for a Customs & Documentation Executive to manage customs documentation, shipment coordination, HS Code classification, and cross-border logistics activities to ensure the smooth and timely movement of materials and products.
13th-month salary + Yearly performance bonus + Yearly salary increments

Exposure to international clients and projects, including overseas training opportunities
Process customer EDI orders, arrange shipment bookings, and coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and manage import/export documents, customs declarations, shipping documents, and related clearance paperwork.
Assist with HS Code classification, maintain shipment records, and track material movements between Malaysia, China, and other countries.
Coordinate with customs agents, freight forwarders, courier companies, and internal departments to support smooth customs clearance and resolve shipment issues.
Organize monthly customs records, coordinate with Finance for reconciliation, and provide logistics cost and delivery information for customer quotations.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in customs, import/export, logistics, or shipping documentation is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of Malaysian customs procedures, import/export documentation, and HS Code classification.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP, EDI, or logistics management systems is an advantage.
Good command of English; Mandarin is an added advantage, with strong attention to detail, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
