Job summary

apply is seeking an Implementation Consultant to onboard new clients and ensure payroll outputs meet client requirements. You will contribute to project plans and participate in our training programs and service guidelines.

Based in Malaysia, you will input client data, deliver on time, and maintain confidentiality while supporting clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' payroll processing experience in Malaysia.
• Proficient with payroll software.
• Strong MS Word and Excel skills.
• Ability to prepare concise documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Inputs all data received from client in the format required by software.
• Processes deliverables as per the SLA agreed with the client.
• Responsible for error free delivery; adheres to policies and procedures.
• Ensures that all payroll related reports are prepared on time and executed.
• Ensures that all related documents are prepared for handover to the Service team.
• Responds to queries raised by client employees.
• Maintains confidentiality and integrity of information at all times.

Position Title:Implementation Consultant

Role Overview

The goal is simple: Make sure our products and services deliver and exceed client expectations. We're with you every step of the way through our award winning training programs and world class service guidelines. As a consultant, you will be responsible for error free timely and timely delivery of payroll outputs to clients as per clients' requirement within the stipulated time as per the overall project plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Inputs all data received from client in the format required by software.
• Processes deliverables as per the SLA agreed with the client.
• Responsible for error free delivery Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Ensures that all payroll related reports are prepared on time and executed.
• Ensures that all related document preparing for Handover to Service team.
• Respond for any queries raised by the client employees.
• Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of information at all times.

Experience

• Minimum 3 year's experience in Malaysia payroll processing.
• Knowledge in Payroll Software
• Competent in MS Word / Excel
• Knowledge in preparing concise document.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Practice attention to details

Education and Certification Requirements

Degree or Equivalent Or, its equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance or another related field.
