Job summary

ADP in Malaysia is seeking an Implementation Consultant to onboard new clients and ensure seamless payroll delivery aligned with client requirements and project plans. You will guide clients through our payroll products and services, supported by ADP's training and service guidelines to exceed expectations.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, timely outputs, and clear communication as you coordinate with clients and internal teams to hand over documentation and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Malaysia payroll processing.
• Knowledge in Payroll Software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge in preparing concise documents.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inputs all data received from client in the format required by software.
• Processes deliverables as per the SLA agreed with the client.
• Responsible for error free delivery; adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Ensures that all payroll related reports are prepared on time and executed.
• Ensures that all related documents are prepared for handover to the Service team.
• Responds to any queries raised by the client employees.
• Maintains confidentiality and integrity of information at all times.
