You will drive warehouse optimization, logistics planning, inventory accuracy and data reporting, while leading a team and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to meet targets. Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred for inter-department communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in FMCG or F&B, especially in supply chain, warehouse or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to plan, organize and lead teams to meet operational targets.
• Good problem-solving with focus on cost control and process improvement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage daily, weekly and monthly warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, sorting and loading.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound deliveries and manage 3PL performance to ensure on-time, cost-effective transport.
• Use inventory systems to track stock in real time and generate logistics reports.
• Analyse inventory and logistics data to support management decisions and implement control policies.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operations.

Plan and execute overall supply chain strategies, ensuring smooth operations from procurement to delivery.

Analyse and optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Coordinate and collaborate with suppliers, internal departments and outlets to ensure smooth end-to-end supply chain operations.

Warehouse Management

Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy and security.

Optimize storage space and operational workflows for maximum efficiency.

Conduct regular stock counts to minimize losses and discrepancies.

Plan, organize and manage daily, weekly and monthly warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, sorting, checking and loading.

Logistics & Transportation

Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries.

Ensure transportation arrangements are on time, safe and cost-effective.

Manage and evaluate third-party logistics partners performance.

Inventory & Data Management

Use inventory management systems to track and update stock in real time.

Generate and review inventory & logistics reports for management.

Analyse inventory and logistics data to support management decision-making.

Implement inventory control policies to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of working experience in FMCG or F&B industry, preferably in supply chain, warehouse, and logistics.
