Job Description Summary

· Oversee all warehouse & Logistics functions andLead a team of the warehouse staffs.

· Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency and stock management.

· Ensure thesmooth running on total operation of the warehouse, incoming storage andoutgoing activities by follow FIFO

· Investigateand update the daily picking error by the pickers or customer complaintpromptly.

· Implementcontinuous development programs across people and system to improve teamcapabilities, workflow quality and costs of manpower.

· To maintaingood housekeeping and monitor the subordinate disciplines

· Monitorwith operation and transport team through proactive planning and scheduling ofthe delivery.

· Analyze andplan for future capacity requirements.

· Organizeand encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets aremet or exceeded.

· Monitoringof slow moving and obsolescence stocks.

· To produceKPIs and review operational processes.
