Job summary

Undercurrent Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Affiliate Specialist / Affiliate Lead to own and grow the affiliate function for an international iGaming brand across Southeast Asia. The role is hands-on, independent, and requires managing the full lifecycle of partnerships without direct reports.

You will source top-tier partners, negotiate deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Fixed Fee), and drive user acquisition while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager or Senior Affiliate Specialist in digital acquisition.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (advanced/near-native).
• Direct experience in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or crypto gambling platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Southeast Asia affiliate marketing strategy.
• Own the affiliate acquisition roadmap, ROI targets, and publisher lifecycle.
• Build commercial structures to maximize FTD growth and performance.
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns with partners.
