Undercurrent Technologies Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Affiliate Specialist / Affiliate Lead to own and grow the affiliate function for an international iGaming brand across Southeast Asia. The role is hands-on, independent, and requires managing the full lifecycle of partnerships without direct reports.

You will source top-tier partners, negotiate deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Fixed Fee), and drive user acquisition while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Location: Remote - open to candidates across Southeast Asia (e.g. Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines,etc.)

Work model: Fully remote, with occasional in‑person meetups (e.g. once every 1-2 months)

1/ About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Specialist / Affiliate Lead with excellent English skills to build, drive, and scale the affiliate marketing function for an international iGaming brand targeting Southeast Asia.

This is a hands‑on, individual contributor role where you will fully own the brand’s affiliate acquisition and partnership management. You will be responsible for developing the affiliate strategy, sourcing and onboarding top‑tier traffic partners (SEO webmasters, streamers, media buyers), negotiating commercial deals, and driving user acquisition.

As we are building the affiliate function from the ground up, you should be comfortable working independently, balancing strategic planning with aggressive hands‑on execution, and taking full ownership of the affiliate lifecycle without managing a direct team.

2/ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall affiliate marketing strategy for the iGaming product across Southeast Asia, with English as the primary language for communication.
• Own the affiliate acquisition roadmap, ROI targets, and the end‑to‑end publisher lifecycle.
• Build and implement commercial structures that support user acquisition and maximize FTD (First Time Depositor) growth.
• Research market trends, competitor affiliate programs, and new traffic opportunities across Southeast Asia.

2.2. Partner Acquisition & Onboarding

• Actively identify, source, and onboard high‑quality affiliates, including SEO webmasters, streamers, influencers, and media buyers within the Southeast Asian market.
• Pitch the platform’s value proposition to potential partners and guide them through the onboarding and integration process.
• Establish initial publisher segments and tier‑based partnership guidelines during the early stage of growth.

2.3. Commercial Negotiation & Deal Structuring

• Negotiate and set up competitive, profitable, and secure commercial deals, including CPA , RevShare , Hybrid , or Fixed Fee structures.
• Review and optimize existing partner deals regularly based on traffic quality, player retention, and performance data.
• Ensure all deals align with the company's financial goals and overall marketing budget.

2.4. Performance Tracking & Campaign Optimization

• Monitor affiliate performance across key metrics such as traffic volumes, Conversion Rates (CR), FTDs, NGR (Net Gaming Revenue), LTV, and ROI.
• Work closely with affiliates to optimize their campaigns, promotional materials, and landing pages to boost conversions.
• Set up, track, and maintain accurate data within the affiliate system, ensuring links and marketing assets are fully functional.

2.5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance

• Work closely with the Content and Design teams to ensure affiliates are provided with updated, high-converting, and on‑brand creative assets (banners, landing pages, copy).
• Collaborate with the Fraud/Risk and Product teams to monitor traffic quality, detecting and preventing fraudulent activities (e.g., affiliate fraud, bonus abuse, duplicate accounts).
• Manage monthly data reconciliation and coordinate with finance stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate commission payouts to partners.
• Ensure all affiliate promotional activities comply with platform policies and industry regulations.

3/ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager, Senior Affiliate Specialist, or similar roles within the digital acquisition space.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (advanced / near‑native level) – mandatory.
• Direct experience in iGaming , online casino, sports betting, or crypto gambling platforms.
• An existing network/database of active affiliates, SEO webmasters, or media buyers in the iGaming industry.
• Deep understanding of affiliate payout models ( CPA, RevShare, Hybrid ) and industry-standard tracking platforms (e.g., Affise, CellXpert, Income Access, NetRefer).
• Strong capability to evaluate traffic quality and a good understanding of various traffic sources (SEO, PPC, Social, Streaming).
• Strong research and analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset to analyze ROI and performance metrics.
• Experience working with remote, cross-cultural, and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working as an individual contributor and balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on execution – you should be able to hunt for partners and close deals yourself.
• High level of integrity, strong ownership, and excellent relationship-management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in crypto-native projects, web3 marketing, or fintech industries.
• Experience working with SEO freelancers or marketing agencies.
• Additional language skills, particularly: Chinese, Indonesian / Malay, Thai , or other Southeast Asian languages.
• Experience in a startup, scale‑up, or fast‑growing environment.
• Familiarity with player retention strategies and CRM marketing.
