Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging ICT lessons aligned with the Cambridge Lower Secondary and IGCSE ICT curriculum.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.
Integrate educational technology effectively to enhance student learning.
Prepare students for Cambridge IGCSE ICT examinations through effective teaching strategies and regular assessments.
Encourage responsible and ethical use of digital technologies.
Design and administer formative and summative assessments.
Monitor, assess, and report on students' academic progress.
Maintain accurate assessment records and provide timely feedback to students and parents.
Analyze assessment data to improve teaching practices and student outcomes.
Establish clear expectations for student behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
Promote student wellbeing, engagement, and respect within the classroom.
Ensure students adhere to school policies regarding technology usage and online safety.
Contribute to curriculum planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop engaging learning resources and practical ICT activities.
Keep abreast of developments in educational technology and the Cambridge curriculum.
Serve as a form tutor when assigned.
Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and wellbeing.
Participate in departmental meetings, staff meetings, and professional development programmes.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Secondary or Principal.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Education (ICT), or a related field.
Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE, Diploma in Education, Teaching Licence, or equivalent).
Cambridge IGCSE teaching experience is highly desirable.
