Job summary

Kelab Golf Negara Subang in Malaysia seeks an ICT Officer to maintain hardware, software and network systems, ensuring reliability and security for staff and members. You will manage user access, perform routine maintenance and backups, and support daily operations.

The role requires proactive incident handling, documentation, and reporting to the ICT Manager. You will monitor NAS, antivirus, door access interfaces, and assist with printer/scanner setups while delivering timely help desk support.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep of hardware and peripherals; installation, configuration, repair and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with legal software licenses.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, mail server, website, antivirus, NAS, Wi-Fi.
• Create/remove user login and access rights in all software applications as approved by HOD.
• Diagnose hardware or software faults and resolve issues in person, over the phone or via remote access.
• Attend to staff and operator queries on related systems or applications.
• Obtain quotations for ICT related products.
• Assist in photocopier setup for printing and scanning.
• Handle AGM/EGM proxy processes from system to final results (data entry, accuracy, listing).
• Technical support includes help desk to members, staff and operators.
• Respond to call-outs in a timely manner.
• Any other duties as assigned by ICT Manager.
